Humans
The Humans are a race native to Ager. Unlike the Psi, they were not created by the Gods. Humans came to be because of an accelearted rate of evolution which was brought upon by massive exposure of Raw magic and the radiation left over. Humans, by default, are mutations. They cannot, however, all wield Magic. Those that can are called Sorcerors. Their most powerful asset is their ability to cast Full magic (see page for more info).
Humans look as how you'd expect; they're humans, after all.
Socially humans are very diverse, as in the real world, though they are in some areas more liberal, especially regarding homosexuality.
Groups and Organizations
Because of the chaotic nature of their evolution, they have spread out across Homeland, and have grown into different nations, groups, etc.

Relaton to Gods
Most creatures can be seen by the Gods, and can be controlled. However, most creatures were created with Aligned magic, not Raw magic. When the Full magic reactor of the first flying citadel collapsed, it destroyed the Mountains, and doused the surrounding area in radiation. Because of the removed nature (from the Gods) of Raw magic and radiation, Humans are immune to the Gods' effects. In fact, they are so removed that the Gods cannot even scry them.
It wasn't until a group of Human explorers discovered the Other lands, and encountered the Psi, that the Gods became aware of the Humans' existance. Humans cannot be effected by possession, scrying, smite attempts, or telepathy from the Gods.
This wouldn't be much of a problem, as with Gaia's powers they could observe Humans through animals, such as squirrels or even insects. However, Gaia would not use this power, (see below) and they must observe the Humans through the Psi instead.
The Gods decidedly view the Humans as an error. They have declared that they should be eradicated, and have requested that the Psi do so. However, there are a few Gods who do not agree, and approve of the existance of Humans. Thus there is a faction among the Gods, who are working in small ways to try and help humanity survive.
The members of this faction vary in how obvious their support is, with Gaia being the most obvious, as she outright opposes the destruction of humans and has denied the use of her powers to observe them. Chaseos is the next-most obvious supporter, as he likes the chaotic element of humanity. He does not limit his powers among the Psi or gods, however he has slightly tilted odds in favour of the Humans. The most powerful supporter, but also the least obvious, is Kinetica. As the god of motion and change, she likes the evolving nature of Humans. She has limited the power of the Psi somewhat, because of their lack of change. The other Gods dislike, but understand, this reasoning. There is suspicion, but that's all it is. None of them know of the one ace up her sleeve: her acolyte, Nyte, who she has given far more access to her powers than anyone else. Zoya doesn't support the Humans, but she opposes war in general, and thus doesn't support their destruction.
A few Gods are mostly apathetic about the Humans. Aer, Hydor, Therpeu, and Pyra don't particularily care either way. The only reason they want the Humans gone is that they have no power over them, and the Human Sorcerors are drawing their strength. Kharos is slightly annoyed about the war, as it means more souls to watch over, but he doesn't really care, as that means more power for him as well. Duro is completely apathetic, but his magic is mostly useless anyways.
The most dangerous factor in all this are the Gods who crave the destruction of the Humans. Oeds absolutely hates the Humans, who she views as lawless and vastly inferior to the organized Psi. Algos thrives on pain, and craves for the war to begin. Chronos also hates them. Since he is the god of time, he does not approve of there being anything that exists which he cannot fully log and archive. These three have spearheaded the effort to eradicate Humans, with the other Gods supporting them out of necessity. (Aside from those opposed, of course.)
Relation to the Psi
The Psi resent the Humans for their sentience. After all, the Gods created the Psi to be special and unique thinking beings. The humans effectively steal magic from the Gods, and also force the Gods into creating more souls. The Psi are offended by Humans, and view them as a plague which must be eradicated from the face of the planet; something the Gods agree with. They also see the Humans as inferior; weak, pathetic creatures which do not deserve the life they have. The Psi especially dislike the Humans' mutant nature, which makes them imperfect beings. To put it all in simple terms, the Psi view the Humans as not worthy of sentience, and wish to destroy them. (Or if the Gods had no opposition, enslave them.)
