Goddess of order. Lends power to laws, maintains some level of order in the universe. Tends to butt heads with [[Chaseos]]. Has no real manifesting powers, although some [[Sorceror]]s have managed to manifest her powers to nullify other magic.

Oeds also has the tendancy to mildly touch some humans. People imbued with her power tend to have an amazing ability to affect other people with their eyes. Often subjects of their gaze feel compelled to tell the truth, or reveal deception.
